Company Branch

A company branch (called a “filial” in Swedish) is a part of a foreign legal entity which has been registered as permanently established in Sweden. This corporate form is interesting for companies already established elsewhere who are wishing to establish a presence on the Swedish market. The branch is a relatively flexible organization in the sense that the incorporation documents do not need to be translated into Swedish, no share capital is required and that the branch must only undergo annual audits if certain thresholds are met.

To register a branch in Sweden, KagNag currently requires approximately eleven business days to process the required tax authority paperwork and to receive a new Swedish Organization Number.
