Terms and Conditions

1. I acknowledge that the Marketing Act (2008:486) applies to the use by KagNag of email address and other personal information I have provided to KagNag (“Volunteered Information”).
2. All Volunteered Information collected by KagNag is considered confidential. KagNagagrees not to disclose the Volunteered Information to any third parties or to any of its employees except those employees and persons who have a need to know the Volunteered Information and where such employees (i) are aware that the information is confidential and (ii) have signed the KagNag non-disclosure agreement.
3. I agree that KagNag may register the Volunteered Information in a database and electronic message marketing distribution list and that KagNag may use such information for marketing purposes.
4. I understand and agree that KagNag may contact me or send me newsletters, brochures, flyers or any other marketing documentation relating to KagNag products and services by post, telephone or by any form of electronic message.
5. I understand that I can object, simply and without charge, to the use of the Volunteered Information for marketing purposes by contacting KagNag at the following address: info@localhost/KagNag.
6. I agree and acknowledge that any message KagNag sends me may or may not not contain an unsubscribe facility. I understand that I can, at any time, opt out of receiving marketing material by contacting KagNag.
7. I agree and acknowledge that if I opt out of receiving marketing material, KagNag will remove me from its database and electronic message marketing distribution list, however this removal may take up to 5 business days to take effect. I acknowledge that this means I may continue to receive electronic messages from KagNag for up to 5 business days after the date of my request to be removed from the electronic message marketing distribution list.
